Harbour

All four cottages are a stones throw away from the harbours edge, located perfectly for walks, dips and trips! Kayakers and Paddle Boarders are more than welcome!

Barn Area

Our covered barn area is fully equipped with table tennis, table football and skittles all available for guests to enjoy.

Children's Play Area

The covered barn area allows our younger guests to play when the weather is not co-operating, however on brighter days we have a beautiful outdoor play area for them to enjoy.

BBQ Area

Our area for bbq'ing allows our guests to dine alfresco in the calming surroundings of the cottages 

Laundry Room

Our fully equipped laundry room is available for all guests to use when necessary

Boat Taxi

The Itchenor Ferry allows guests to explore neighbouring Itchenor and Bosham from Cobnor Points.....contact here
